The Sr. CNC Programmer and Machinist will program and machine components for missile defense systems, utilizing Mastercam and Vericut for multi-axis milling. Responsibilities include analyzing designs for manufacturability, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements.

Lead the development and commissioning of power conversion systems for missile defense technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing vendor relationships.

Lead the design, development, integration, and qualification of interceptor launch systems, overseeing performance, safety, and reliability requirements while managing a multi-disciplinary team.

Provide legal support for supply chain by drafting, negotiating, and overseeing commercial and government contracts; design policies, templates, and training; advise on FAR/DFARS flow-downs, proposals, and compliance; serve as primary legal contact for stakeholders and external parties; help scale legal processes across the company.

Lead FPGA firmware design and integration on AMD/Xilinx SoC and ACAP platforms. Develop custom IP cores, high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes), streaming DMA systems, and perform hardware/software integration, verification, and test-stand development for flight-ready missile defense systems.

Perform trajectory and performance analysis for missile defense flight testing. Build/maintain aero, propulsion, and mass models; develop 3-DOF/6-DOF simulations; run Monte Carlo campaigns; produce range safety products and pre/post-flight analysis; support telemetry reduction and cross-team integration with GNC, avionics, and test operations.

Lead and scale multidisciplinary hardware engineering from concept through flight-ready production. Own roadmap, hiring, design reviews, qualification, cross-functional integration, and represent hardware to executives and government partners.

Lead end-to-end development of flight hardware from concept through design, analysis (FEA/CFD/thermal), manufacturing, qualification, and field support. Own CAD/drawing release and configuration, drive DFM/DFA, write/execute test procedures, analyze results, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with propulsion, avionics, GNC, manufacturing, and test teams.
