Owns revenue operations strategy and GTM planning, including forecasting, annual planning, business reviews, incentive design, analytics, KPI dashboards, and performance insights. Partners with Finance, Product, and Operations to improve sales productivity, align headcount with revenue goals, and execute multi-quarter strategic workstreams. The role translates complex data into leadership recommendations and manages cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Own customer technical implementations from commitment through the first 30 production days. Serve as the technical counterpart to Account Management to onboard, implement, and support customers on Lob's SaaS direct-mail platform. Lead technical implementations, document requirements, manage timelines, and ensure adoption and retention while partnering with account teams and customers.

Partner with Strategic Account Managers to manage post‑sales relationships for large enterprise clients: drive product adoption, conduct executive business reviews, run data-driven programs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mitigate churn, identify expansion opportunities, and feed customer insights to Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to improve retention and ROI.

Build and operate billing and payments services using Node.js/Go and Vue.js. Develop integrations with payment and accounting systems, ensure runtime reliability on AWS (SQS, Lambda), drive CI/CD and automated testing, write design docs and runbooks, mentor engineers, and optimize high-throughput, latency-sensitive workloads.

Senior technical security engineer responsible for cloud infrastructure security, detection engineering, incident response, application and product security, vulnerability management, penetration test ownership, and security automation. Partners with platform, logistics, and IT teams, manages an application security contractor, and builds tooling to raise the security posture across AWS, IaC, edge, and container environments.
