The Account Executive will prospect, qualify, and close new business for live event production and AV solutions. The role requires strong event production knowledge, quota achievement, client relationship skills, and up to 50% travel to client sites, venues, and live events.

Manages live event production projects from sales handoff through closeout. Responsibilities include validating project scope, coordinating technical requirements, developing labor and production schedules, managing client communications, coordinating equipment sourcing and warehouse handoffs, reviewing production documents, overseeing on-site execution, and completing post-event reporting. Requires live entertainment project management experience, AV systems knowledge, budget oversight, and flexibility for travel and evening or weekend work.

The Account Executive drives sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts while managing client relationships and executing regional strategies. They represent the company and ensure compliance with regulations.
