Associate supporting industrials M&A transactions from initiation through closing. Responsibilities include client coordination, industry and buyer research, financial modeling, valuation, quality of earnings analysis, transaction materials, vendor due diligence, bidder engagement, dataroom management, negotiation analysis, analyst oversight, and business development. The role is based in Los Angeles under a Monday–Thursday in-office hybrid structure.

Execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to finish, including financial analysis, valuation, industry research, buyer and target outreach, transaction marketing materials, client and senior banker interaction, due diligence, negotiations, and closings. The Associate will also support business development, contribute to firm-growth initiatives, and help develop Analysts while gaining exposure to international clients and buyers.

Support senior bankers on M&A transactions: perform financial analysis and valuations, conduct industry research, identify/contact buyers or targets, prepare CIMs and presentations, host buyer visits, support negotiations, and assist with due diligence and closings. Participate in new business efforts and internal firm initiatives while gaining exposure to international clients and full deal execution.
