Lily AI offers a generous PTO package. Commencing on the first day of employment, employees are eligible to accrue up to 20 days of PTO per year, in addition to 13 company holidays. Employees are eligible upon hire to participate in the company's 401k program. The program is offered via Guideline and offers a number of Vanguard funds including their super low cost index funds.
