Designs, implements, and coordinates after-school programs at affordable housing sites. Provides homework help, academic enrichment, and a safe, supportive environment for low-income children. Reports to Regional Director of Social Services and collaborates with the Director of Social Services to deliver resident services.

Provide intensive case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness: assess needs, coordinate and tailor services, assist with employment readiness, refer to community resources, maintain records and perform timely data entry, and be physically present at assigned properties to support participant stability and housing retention.

Provide intensive case management for homeless and formerly homeless individuals: assess needs, coordinate services, advocate and refer to resources, assist with employment readiness, maintain records and enter data, perform follow-ups, and be present onsite at assigned properties.

The Director of Social Services & Program Coordinator will empower low-income individuals and families, ensuring they thrive through education, resources, case management, and community outreach.
