Develops architectural designs, technical solutions, specifications, construction documents, models, and details for hospitality projects. Conducts site investigations and observations, evaluates design options, approves materials and construction, and coordinates or supervises supporting professionals. Requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, registration as an architect, and at least six years of experience. Revit experience, LEED accreditation, leadership, communication, and client relationship skills are preferred.

Plans and manages hospitality-related projects from initiation through completion, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, quality control, reporting, and documentation. Supervises project teams and contractors, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, maintains client and business relationships, and supports interviews and presentations. Requires an architecture, engineering, or construction management background and at least eight years of experience.

Manages project accounting activities, including project setup and closeout, invoice review, budgeting, contract administration, revenue accruals, month-end reporting, general ledger analysis, and timesheet and expense auditing. Supports and coaches project managers on financial matters while ensuring project compliance with GAAP and company policies using Deltek Vantagepoint.

Manages civic, community, education, and public safety design-build projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include defining scope and deliverables, overseeing QA/QC, schedules, budgets, reports, contractors, and project teams. Builds client and business relationships, participates in interviews, and ensures accountability across multidisciplinary teams. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience, and design-build experience.
