Venue​: Research venues as well as site surveys, negotiating, contracting and front of house plans. Timelines:​ Generate meeting schedules; deadlines; client updates and approvals. Legal: Contract negotiations, process legal approvals/input/insurance requests and permits as needed. Food & Beverage:​ Work closely with caterer and venue staff on menu planning Activities:​ Research and enhance event experience(s) with on site activities; oversee event set-up. Production: Research, negotiate and finalize production vendors for events. Transportation:​ Create a transportation plan as needed. Printed Materials: O​versee production of onsite materials; directional signage, disclaimers etc. Vendors: ​Work with Brand Partnerships team to secure vendor sponsors for events, research new vendors & experiential activations, assess potential vendor/partner recommendations.

This role is highly collaborative, requires creative thinking, sales expertise, and an understanding of all product offerings and platform features on LeafLink with a focus on our financial services offerings. This role will require you to interface directly with our executive team, client experience, sales, marketing, and engineering teams. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a very fast pace, and can juggle many tasks and deadlines.
