The Senior Product Designer will shape the cannabis wholesale marketplace, leading end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing user experiences through effective prototypes and design systems.

Lead enterprise-wide compliance and BSA/AML program for a fintech-focused cannabis B2B platform. Design, implement, and monitor risk controls, onboarding, transaction monitoring, and bank-partner due diligence. Build and scale a compliance team, deliver training, manage audits and third-party assessments, and advise stakeholders on regulatory changes.

Provide in-house corporate legal support for commercial, regulatory, and governance matters at a fast-growing cannabis SaaS/fintech platform. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, banking, fintech, data licensing, and technology agreements; advise product, engineering, finance, and GTM teams on compliance, privacy, and risk; build contract templates and playbooks; support board and investor governance; manage outside counsel and regulatory matters.
