Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, banking, fintech, data licensing, and technology agreements; advise product, engineering, finance, and GTM teams on compliance, privacy, and risk; build contract templates and playbooks; support board and investor governance; manage outside counsel and regulatory matters.

Lead end-to-end AML investigations for cannabis clients, monitor alerts (OFAC/PEP/news), perform due diligence and ongoing monitoring, prepare marijuana-specific SARs per FinCEN guidance, support transaction monitoring rule calibration, administer onboarding/license verification and beneficial ownership analysis, and assist with regulatory exams and audits.
