Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and backend services. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure testability, run/manual and automated tests, troubleshoot defects, maintain CI/CD test pipelines, and improve testing strategies and environments.

Execute manual test cases, validate UI workflows, and assist with API/GraphQL testing. Develop and run test plans, track defects in Azure DevOps, perform regression testing, maintain test documentation, participate in requirement reviews, and support Scrum teams to ensure product quality.

Develop, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards. Build and tune SQL Server database objects and ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory. Support and document a centralized data warehouse, Azure Analysis Services models, data quality efforts, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate analytics and reporting solutions.
