Owns planning, goals, operating cadence, executive and board materials, cross-functional execution, operational team management, service levels, staffing, escalations, and decision analysis including pricing, corridor economics, partnerships, and market entry. Partners with product on prioritization and market strategy while managing support, product operations, and compliance operations.

Own and build the company’s enterprise sales motion, from sourcing and qualifying prospects through technical discovery, negotiation, and closing. Develop new business independently without SDR support, leverage fintech and crypto networks, sell payment infrastructure to technical buyers, shape pricing and go-to-market strategy, provide product feedback, and represent the company with prospects, partners, and industry audiences.

Own the product function for a global money movement platform, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, payment and ledger capabilities, API products, launches, and partner integrations. Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions, collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, founders, banks, and fintech partners, and establish product processes. Over time, build the product organization and guide long-term platform direction.

Design and implement core payment infrastructure components (workflow engines, partner integrations, ledgering, public APIs). Collaborate with technical leadership on architecture, own projects end-to-end, and shape engineering culture at an early-stage fintech startup.
