LACI Benefits Overview

Leads LACI’s fundraising and development strategy, diversifying revenue through government grants, corporate partnerships, philanthropic foundations, major donors, and investment-oriented funding. Oversees donor cultivation, campaigns, grant development, reporting, compliance, data systems, budgets, consultants, and the Development Team. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align fundraising with organizational growth, while serving as an external ambassador for LACI’s clean technology and inclusive green economy mission.

Lead day-to-day accounting, own month-end and year-end close, maintain general ledger integrity, prepare financial and grant reporting, support audits and internal controls, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and nonprofit grant requirements.
