LACI Benefits Overview

Leads financial strategy, accounting oversight, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, grant compliance, financial reporting, audits, controls, and finance team development for a nonprofit cleantech incubator. Advises executive leadership and Board committees, manages restricted and unrestricted funds, modernizes financial systems, and supports organizational growth and mission impact.

Leads LACI’s fundraising and development strategy, diversifying revenue through government grants, corporate partnerships, philanthropic foundations, major donors, and investment-oriented funding. Oversees donor cultivation, campaigns, grant development, reporting, compliance, data systems, budgets, consultants, and the Development Team. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align fundraising with organizational growth, while serving as an external ambassador for LACI’s clean technology and inclusive green economy mission.

Lead day-to-day accounting, own month-end and year-end close, maintain general ledger integrity, prepare financial and grant reporting, support audits and internal controls, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and nonprofit grant requirements.
