The Senior Data Engineer designs and manages data systems, warehouses, pipelines, APIs, and reporting solutions supporting Sales, Credit, Finance, and Operations. Responsibilities include gathering and validating data, automating reporting and analytics, optimizing SQL performance, integrating internal and external applications, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing vendor customizations, and mentoring IT team members. Commercial leasing and lending expertise is required.

Develops new commercial finance and leasing business through prospecting, networking, market research, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing. Maintains existing accounts, builds transaction pipelines, analyzes financial requirements, and collaborates internally to meet customer needs. Supervises department personnel through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and policy enforcement. Resolves customer concerns and supports strong client relationships.

Develops new business and manages existing client relationships for commercial truck financing and leasing. Responsibilities include prospecting, researching markets, building sales pipelines, negotiating and closing deals, analyzing financial requirements, attending industry events, coordinating with internal teams, and improving customer satisfaction. The role also supervises, trains, schedules, coaches, and evaluates department employees while resolving customer concerns and supporting revenue growth.

Provides administrative and clerical support, including mail and parcel distribution, filing, scanning, correspondence, telephone assistance, and responding to administrative inquiries. Maintains office systems and supports administrative projects while applying strong organization, time management, customer service, and attention to detail. Requires proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with the ability to pass a post-offer drug test and physical examination and lift as needed.
