Provide nutritional assessment, care, and education for hospitalized patients and referred outpatients across the lifespan; communicate with nurses and physicians; help develop nutrition policies and procedures; support quality patient care and supervise staff as needed.

Delivers professional nursing care for patients across the lifespan in a unit-specific population, from uncomplicated to highly complex. Establishes therapeutic relationships, coordinates multidisciplinary care planning, ensures quality and appropriate nursing care, and functions as charge nurse on 12-hour shifts.

Provide HR support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS and employee records, compliance tracking and reporting, performance review programs, employee recognition, and off-boarding. Assist management and prepare records for compliance reviews such as JCAHO.

Supervise and coordinate operational activities for safe, efficient patient care delivery across designated shifts (AM/PM/night/weekend). Provide independent judgment under the Chief Nursing Officer, oversee unit operations, staffing and escalation; role does not provide direct bedside patient care.

Manage day-to-day workers' compensation claims for a multi-hospital system: evaluate accident reports, coordinate with TPA and medical providers, recommend case services (nurse case management, investigations, modified duty), monitor return-to-work and modified duty programs, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, maintain documentation and logs, and support performance reviews of third-party administrators.

Leads the hospital Infection Control Program and Occupational Health program: surveillance, education, data collection, report generation, and regulatory compliance with CDC, OSHA/CAL-OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.

Provide professional nursing care across ER, ICU, Labor & Delivery, and neonatal/adult populations. Coordinate holistic care, collaborate with disciplines, and manage complex to uncomplicated patient needs while ensuring quality and appropriateness of care.

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures per orders and established protocols. Prioritizes workflow with minimal direction, communicates effectively, works in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates with other departments while meeting physical and safety requirements.

Provides professional nursing care for patients across age groups in ER, ICU, and L&D settings; coordinates interdisciplinary care, assesses and implements nursing interventions, and ensures quality and appropriate care for uncomplicated to highly complex patients.

Delivers professional nursing care for patients from neonates to geriatrics across ER, ICU, and Labor & Delivery. Establishes holistic helping relationships, coordinates interdisciplinary care planning, and ensures quality, appropriate care for unit-specific patient populations.

Identify and reduce hospital-acquired infection risks through surveillance, reporting, education, policy implementation, and liaison work with staff, physicians, and public health. Evaluate and recommend improvements to the Infection Control Program and handle exposure-prone materials while supervising employee health activities.

Collects specimens and performs waived and moderate-complexity clinical laboratory tests. Assists Clinical Laboratory Scientists with high-complexity testing as needed. Inputs and retrieves lab data and reports from computer systems.
