Counsel senior leaders, align regional and national messaging, manage one direct report, build systems/workflows, train media spokespeople, and protect and amplify KIPP's brand and reputation.

Lead enterprise planning and governance for the KIPP Foundation, stewarding the 2030 plan. Own annual and multi-year planning, coordinate cross-functional planning leads, define OKRs/KPIs, monitor performance, and facilitate quarterly reviews to align priorities, resources, and execution across the organization.
