Partners with lawyers and firmwide teams to drive growth, strengthen market visibility, manage strategic initiatives, and track results using CRM and experience-management systems.

The Client Contracts Specialist will review client due diligence, maintain documentation, draft memoranda, and manage client contracts while supporting the legal team.

Assist Healthcare attorneys with litigation, document management, trial preparation, and client interactions while managing multiple cases efficiently.

Provides legal, business, legislative, docket, public records, and general research for attorneys, staff, and firm leadership. Develops company profiles, market research, competitive intelligence, current-awareness alerts, and actionable analysis. Trains users on research tools, evaluates legal research and generative AI technologies, manages research requests, and supports client-service and business-development initiatives. Requires strong analytical, writing, communication, research, and organizational skills, with rotating after-hours and holiday on-call support.

Lead functional management and improvement of the firms financial systems: define requirements, manage projects, liaise between Finance and IT/vendors, maintain data integrity and security, develop reports/queries, test upgrades, train users, and provide ongoing application support and documentation.
