The role also authorizes engagements, resolves appraisal issues, maintains market knowledge, and mentors associate appraisers and trainees. Travel to property sites is required, along with maintaining a valid driver license, vehicle, and auto insurance.

Supports commercial real estate brokers with marketing materials, property graphics, maps, aerial imagery, research, proposals, and administrative tasks. Uses Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to produce branded flyers, presentations, newsletters, and other collateral. Provides customer service, manages multiple deadlines, maintains confidentiality, supports office operations, and cross-trains as a front-desk and administrative backup.
