Coordinates customer-facing logistics processes, including load planning, routing, deliveries, inbound and outbound orders, carrier arrangements, inventory tracking, shipment preparation, and customer service. Serves as a communication hub among customers, site personnel, carriers, planners, and drivers while using warehouse and transportation management systems. Handles escalated inquiries, maintains schedules, supports administrative operations, and ensures customer requirements are fulfilled accurately.

Directs regional logistics operations across multiple sites, partnering with General Managers and customers to improve performance, safety, efficiency, and profitability. Owns complex customer relationships, develops value-added solutions, leads business reviews, monitors KPIs, and implements strategic programs. Provides leadership, coaching, and training while driving Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires substantial supply chain leadership, budgetary responsibility, customer management, and frequent travel.
