Serve as owners representative managing municipal capital improvement projects through planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Oversee multiple projects, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, contractor coordination, change orders, and stakeholder communication to ensure delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance (CEQA/NEPA).

KDG is building a talent pool of Orange County–based construction professionals for upcoming infrastructure and airport projects.
