Manage and maintain construction project documentation and electronic filing systems. Support contract administration, track RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment requests, and project logs. Produce meeting minutes, status reports, and agency correspondence while coordinating with Project Managers, vendors, and public agencies to ensure compliance and efficient document workflows.

Provide technical and administrative support for large construction projects including document control, submittal and RFI management, project coordination, record maintenance, meeting support, status reporting, and expediting to assist project managers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead field staff and resource management for construction projects (aviation, public infrastructure, utilities). Oversee staffing placement, timesheets, compliance, and professional development. Develop resource allocation strategies, staffing projections, and utilization reporting. Support recruiting, technical candidate evaluation, and proposal staffing. Interface with clients and executive leadership to drive project delivery, employee retention, and business growth.
