Lead systems engineering and integration for ESS ground architectures supporting MILSATCOM. Define and control technical baselines, apply digital engineering (MBSE, digital twins), conduct trade studies and analyses, resolve interface and requirements gaps, support reviews and working groups, brief stakeholders, and manage risks and action items to enable space and ground segment integration.

Remote auditor supporting Nadcap certification and AS9100 compliance across global aerospace sites. Plan and execute special process audits, lead SME audit network, drive corrective actions, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and mentor site QMS. Collaborate with engineering and PACs to improve manufacturing reliability. Position requires heavy travel and senior quality/auditing experience.

The Integration and Test Engineer will support integration and testing activities, install and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report findings for MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will support integration and testing activities, install and maintain Government Furnished test equipment, and provide SME support to contractors.
