Develops and manages Interface Control Documents for complex MILSATCOM space and ground systems. Coordinates interface working groups, configuration boards, engineering teams, contractors, and government stakeholders. Creates interface diagrams, data dictionaries, message formats, and command and telemetry mappings; identifies interface risks; supports integration and testing; and ensures requirements and cybersecurity technical baselines align. Provides technical reviews, acquisition briefings, and systems engineering documentation for U.S. Space Force programs.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports software prototypes and web applications for satellite communications and national security systems. Responsibilities include full software lifecycle participation, algorithm optimization, microservices and database development, stakeholder collaboration, requirements analysis, continuous improvement, and mentoring. The role is onsite in El Segundo, California and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
