Administers Windows and Linux systems, Azure services, servers, virtualization, identity and access controls, backups, monitoring, patching, security, compliance, and network connectivity. Provides Tier II desktop support by diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues. Installs and maintains desktop systems, applications, drivers, antivirus protections, and security updates. Supports Windows and Linux environments, remote users, IT projects, audits, asset inventory, and training. Documents resolutions, enforces PCI and SOC compliance, escalates complex issues, and recommends infrastructure improvements.
