Gather, analyze and disseminate actionable insights related to competitors’ products, go-to-market strategies, value props and marketplace trends.
Uncover strengths and weaknesses of our competitors and make recommendations to help our sales and post-sales teams succeed in the market.
Monitor and distill competitor announcements, sites, financial reports, analyst reports, patents, digital activities, job postings and other published sources to build and communicate a detailed understanding of key competitors’ strategies, offerings, GTM activities and performance.
Own win/loss analysis, interview existing customers and partners, and attend industry trade shows to stay up to date.
Develop and own simple, scalable and reliable methods to collect competitive intelligence data points from across the company, monitor the data/process, and refine.
Create, maintain and effectively disseminate compelling competitive collateral in the form of battlecards, playbooks, testimonials, training materials.
Lead and drive competitive enablement for sales, marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering.
Establish a regular cadence of reporting to leadership on latest developments, insights and recommendations.
Act as advisor and point of escalation for teams needing guidance on competitive offerings.
