Supports logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, and product quality activities at an onsite food production facility. Responsibilities include inspecting containers, vehicles, pallets, ingredients, shipments, and paperwork; coordinating with carriers, cold storage, quality control, forklift drivers, and production staff; maintaining safety compliance; investigating accidents; assisting with inventory; and helping direct shipping and receiving operations. Weekend, overtime, and night-shift availability is required.

The internship provides practical exposure to HR operations, professional development, and project work. The intern must work onsite in Oxnard from March through August, 40–70 hours weekly across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Quality Assurance Intern supporting food manufacturing quality programs in an onsite facility. Responsibilities include sanitation inspections, GMP and HACCP monitoring, incoming materials inspection, laboratory testing, product grading, quality incident investigations, corrective actions, records maintenance, audit preparation, employee training, and coordination with production, shipping, receiving, and QA personnel. The role requires flexibility for weekends, overtime, night shifts, and six-day workweeks.
