Provide frontline remote IT support, troubleshoot user access and device issues, manage onboarding and offboarding, configure accounts and permissions, triage tickets, maintain device inventory, ship equipment, and document resolutions. Support macOS, Windows, and iOS devices across platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and internal applications. Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage and quarterly Austin meetings.

Owns high-volume corporate credit card transaction processing, including receipt review, coding, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, cardholder support, fraud-policy enforcement, and audit-ready recordkeeping. Supports invoice processing, vendor payments, three-way matching, vendor statement reconciliation, and month-end close. The role requires accurate, repetitive work, strong communication, and hands-on experience with AP, expense platforms, and accounting systems.
