Develop and maintain the Timmy HR mobile application for iOS and Android. Implement UI workflows, integrate backend APIs and authentication, support employee features, fix bugs, test across devices, prepare app releases, and document technical changes while collaborating with design and backend teams.

Support backend, database, API, authentication, authorization, and security improvements for a live HR platform. Responsibilities include identifying vulnerabilities, improving tenant isolation and access controls, maintaining database integrity and performance, monitoring production issues, writing automated tests, reviewing dependencies, documenting changes, and assisting with backups, migrations, and deployment testing.

Improve Timmy HR’s web and mobile user experience by identifying usability issues, creating wireframes and prototypes, refining responsive layouts, simplifying HR workflows, maintaining design consistency, incorporating user feedback, and collaborating with frontend and mobile developers on accurate implementation.
