The role is fully remote while supporting an 8–5 PST schedule.

Manage a commercial insurance book of business, supporting retention, renewals, new business, policy administration, billing, claims, coverage analysis, and collections. Lead daily account management activities, coordinate client service, prepare renewal submissions and proposals, maintain agency and carrier systems, monitor workflow, resolve complex issues, and ensure accurate, timely service. The role requires active property and casualty licensing and strong insurance brokerage knowledge.
