Manages complex government IT task orders supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. Coordinates stakeholders, schedules, technical delivery, Agile adoption, governance, metrics, portfolio processes, and cross-team collaboration. Coaches teams, removes blockers, manages backlogs and user stories with Product Owners, supports quality testing, and drives organizational change toward Agile and Lean practices.

Designs and executes integration, acceptance, system, regression, end-to-end, performance, and automated software tests. Develops test scripts, frameworks, test data, and documentation; analyzes security and evaluates results against requirements and design. Integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and maintains test cases using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework. Requires five or more years of testing and automation experience, relevant technical certification, and IT-II clearance or current NACLC.

Serves as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams and Product Owners, manages backlogs, dependencies, risks, impediments, metrics, releases, and stakeholder communications. Supports Agile reporting, PMO documentation, QA/UAT, technical delivery, DevSecOps integration, user documentation, data cleanup, and continuous improvement using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow SPM.

Develop and integrate production AI/ML capabilities into Oracle E-Business Suite on OCI for federal financial management. Build NLP and document-processing solutions, REST API integrations, ML lifecycle workflows, cognitive performance metrics, and data-mining capabilities. Participate in SAFe Agile delivery, author user stories, support DevSecOps integration, resolve technical impediments, and contribute to transition and knowledge-transfer materials. The role requires collaboration with architecture, product, and government teams in a cleared defense environment.

Edits, rewrites, proofreads, and formats technical documentation and customer deliverables. Creates executive-level PowerPoint presentations, graphics, manuals, reports, and instructional materials. Maintains SharePoint sites, document repositories, and knowledge management systems. Supports document tracking, information organization, quality control, dissemination, stakeholder communications, and process improvement for the Defense Logistics Agency.

Develops interactive data visualizations from ERP transactional and analytical data to support strategic and tactical mission objectives. Gathers requirements, designs enterprise visualizations, creates medium-complexity queries and stored procedures, and works iteratively with stakeholders using agile methods. The role requires experience with Qlik, SAP Lumira, Tableau, D3, HTML, JavaScript, and custom or commercial visualization interfaces, along with an IT-II clearance or current NACLC.

Serve as a senior database administrator supporting enterprise SQL Server and Oracle environments. Responsibilities include database design, configuration, performance optimization, backups and restores, high availability, disaster recovery, security, data governance, reporting, capacity planning, troubleshooting, patching, and system monitoring. The role also involves stakeholder coordination, technical planning, client interaction, continuity exercises, and support for distributed systems and SQL clusters.

Administer enterprise Oracle and SQL Server databases, ensuring availability, performance, security, backup and disaster recovery readiness. Design and maintain databases, configure access methods, troubleshoot systems, support high-availability clusters, perform capacity planning, and manage data governance documentation. Provide reporting and analytics support, stakeholder coordination, application connectivity assistance, and local or remote maintenance across multiple locations. The role also includes technical leadership, database programming support, continuity planning, and issue triage.

Manage complex cloud and Oracle EBS ERP projects for the Defense Logistics Agency from initiation through closeout. Lead cross-functional technical and Agile teams, oversee schedules, resources, risks, issues, scope, quality, documentation, governance, and change control. Coordinate stakeholders and corporate functions, support continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to deliver additional customer value.
