The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end content execution, managing vendors, and collaborating across teams to enhance marketing strategies through engaging content.

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including invoice processing in D365, weekly invoicing close, Amazon shipment audits, reimbursement claims, marketplace backend configuration, inventory and procurement tracking, vendor payments, and marketplace data analysis to support profitability and operational accuracy.

Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, prepare and verify shipping documents, track orders (UPS, FedEx, freight), assist purchasing and inventory, perform periodic audits and counts, and respond to logistics inquiries to ensure timely deliveries.

Support e-commerce marketing by analyzing campaign and site performance, running A/B tests, optimizing product pages, creating basic marketing assets, maintaining marketing data and documentation, and coordinating with external partners to improve advertising efficiency and ROI.

Provide post-purchase e-commerce customer support across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay), resolve warranty/return/dispute issues, troubleshoot product and connectivity problems, create support documentation and SOPs, monitor reviews and feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to improve product and processes.

Provide first-line technical and hardware support for post-sales customers via phone, email, and chat. Create/manage support tickets, maintain knowledge base and records, handle returns/refunds, create service orders in ERP, collaborate cross-functionally, and achieve CSAT targets.

Coordinate and support operational execution of clinical studies: maintain trackers, communicate with PIs and site teams, monitor site startup, lead site check-ins, organize documentation/version control, support occasional site visits, and improve clinical operations workflows and reporting.

Lead concepting and production of branded design assets across digital, print, environmental, and dimensional formats. Produce polished, production-ready files, mockups, and in-situ comps; manage vendors and proofs; collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns, trade-show graphics, packaging, merchandise, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
