Manages major gifts, individual giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, stewardship, events, Board engagement, and campaign readiness. Personally cultivates and solicits major donors, builds fundraising pipelines, monitors revenue forecasts, and strengthens CRM reporting. Leads and develops the fundraising team while collaborating with the CEO, Board, Finance, Programs, and Marketing to advance the organization’s homelessness and healthcare mission.
