Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, attention to detail, communication, and dependability. Preferred experience includes federally funded grant programs and tools such as SmartSheet, Power BI, and SharePoint.

On-call emergency management professionals deploy nationwide, including Puerto Rico, to support disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and humanitarian missions. Responsibilities include serving in EOCs or JFOs, conducting needs assessments, coordinating resources and logistics, supporting sheltering and mass care, preparing situation reports, managing stakeholders, filling ICS roles, and providing specialized technical expertise. Assignments may last one to six months and require short-notice deployment, extended fieldwork, adaptable schedules, and participation in after-action improvement processes.

Corps members will coordinate emergency operations, conduct needs assessments, manage logistics, and are prepared for rapid deployment during disasters.

Leads the architecture, integration, development, testing, and deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems for utility Meter-to-Cash processes. Establishes technology standards, develops data strategies using Azure, Databricks, and data lakes, gathers requirements, approves solution designs, manages risks and changes, and supports project leadership. Acts as a utility IT/OT subject matter expert while ensuring compliance with architecture standards. The role requires extensive collaboration with business and IT teams and travel to client sites across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements, lead functional design and integration of Oracle CC&B, AMI, and meter reading systems, support process improvements, validate requirements, oversee testing and defect resolution, maintain traceability and compliance with IT standards, and provide SME knowledge transfer to technical teams.
