IEM Benefits Overview

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain client-facing applications on enterprise low-code platforms. Develop forms, workflows, dashboards, data models, integrations, and approval automation. Participate in agile ceremonies, releases, regression testing, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and requirements gathering. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, adherence to security and accessibility standards, and support for federal clients in a remote environment.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains enterprise low-code applications, including forms, workflows, integrations, data models, portals, and dashboards. Leads solution architecture, data modeling, governance, release activities, documentation, and configuration reviews while mentoring junior developers. Collaborates with business stakeholders in agile two-week sprints, supports troubleshooting and training, and follows security, accessibility, and configuration-management standards.

Provides remote administrative support, including telephone assistance, correspondence, typing, filing, mailing, scheduling, copying, scanning, and shipping. Pulls documentation for contract requirements, performs invoice data entry, and assists with report review. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, attention to detail, communication, and dependability. Preferred experience includes federally funded grant programs and tools such as SmartSheet, Power BI, and SharePoint.
