Leads daily operations for a West Region field team of 12–18 data specialists. Responsibilities include approving timesheets, conducting one-on-ones and performance reviews, monitoring quality and productivity metrics, preparing operational reports, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating with logistics, CAD, QA, HR, and finance, and supporting field employees. The role is primarily remote with up to 20% travel and focuses on team performance, morale, project timeliness, and operational quality.

Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT. Build processes, CRM governance, forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled workflows. Drive pipeline governance, territory and capacity planning, system integrations, executive reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, retention, and operational scalability.
