Lead HPC's marketing strategy and execution across brand, content, digital, events, and proposals. Produce client-facing materials, manage RFP/proposal responses, support sales enablement, coordinate events and post-event follow-up, and maintain web and email marketing assets to strengthen brand and business development.

Support underwriting of transactional (M&A) insurance policies by reviewing financial statements, legal agreements, and deal documents; draft quotes; manage files and subjectivities; liaise with brokers and counsel; assist with compliance and policy issuance under underwriter supervision.

Lead actuarial and analytics across pricing, ratemaking, portfolio steering, and product development. Build and maintain pricing models, produce rate indications, deliver data-driven insights, engage senior stakeholders and carrier partners, drive innovation in actuarial methods, and mentor actuarial team members.

Provide administrative support to the underwriting team, act as first point of contact for clients, prequalify risks, prepare electronic files and correspondence, issue policies, endorsements, binders and invoices within authority, follow up on subjectivities, and research escalated issues to support renewals and new business.

Lead pricing for treaty reinsurance across property, casualty, and specialty programs. Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and clients to price portfolios, maintain models, build Power BI dashboards, and communicate analyses. Work independently to develop and update pricing tools and solutions for MGAs, carriers, and reinsurers.

Lead product strategy and delivery for personal lines underwriting and rating platforms. Define roadmap, elicit and document requirements, prioritize backlog, support Agile/SAFe delivery, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, validate solutions via UAT, and drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.
