The role requires independent judgment, product sense, technical troubleshooting, and effective use of Claude Code and other AI tools. It is fully remote for US or Canada-based independent contractors, with potential conversion to full-time employment.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements: diagnose opportunities, design roadmaps, prototype and build 0-to-1 AI products, manage senior client relationships, deploy AI tooling, and support go-to-market and internal delivery practices.

Lead operational rhythms and client delivery, focusing on AI solutions. Collaborate with executives and manage multi-stakeholder projects for positive outcomes.

The Head of Business Development will lead the commercial strategy for AI solutions, focusing on direct sales, designing commercial models, and recruiting BD talent while ensuring alignment with product-market fit.
