Leads the company’s creative direction, brand identity, storytelling, and national marketing campaigns. Manages and develops a creative team, establishes scalable workflows, oversees design quality and brand consistency, coordinates agencies and vendors, and translates marketing strategy into multi-channel creative programs. Monitors team capacity, campaign performance, market trends, and operational needs while supporting recruiting, retention, agent engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.

Prepare and process refinance and resale escrows: open title orders, review preliminary reports, order and review payoffs, prepare deeds and reconveyance documents, calculate prorations and closing statements, balance funding, authorize recordings, audit escrows, prepare checks, and support other office staff while ensuring regulatory approvals and accurate, timely document handling.

Provides comprehensive administrative support for a real estate branch, overseeing daily office operations, transactions, records, invoices, staffing, onboarding, customer service, communications, marketing coordination, events, supplies, and reporting. Supports sales associates, ensures policy and transaction compliance, manages administrative workloads, and serves as a liaison between staff and management.
