Serve as account representative handling insurance, government payors, and patient accounts to secure appropriate reimbursement. Review claims, initiate appeals for underpayments, interpret EOBs/ERAs, use patient accounting systems (Epic), process correspondences, establish payment arrangements, and meet productivity and quality standards. Assist across payors/departments, support peer training, and handle special projects.

Provides licensed vocational nursing care under RN or physician supervision in an OBGYN clinic: assesses, implements and documents patient care and discharge plans, collects specimens, maintains equipment and records, collaborates with the healthcare team, ensures HIPAA compliance, and supports a safe patient environment.

Manage end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, CIP tracking and inservice transitions, journal entries, reconciliations, audit support, and cross-functional partnership to ensure accuracy, internal controls, and process improvement in a regulated healthcare environment.

Coordinates patient procedure and surgical scheduling under supervision, handles routine/add-on/emergent cases, schedules pre-procedure tests and clearances, communicates with patients and clinical teams, supports insurance authorization, performs registration, data entry, chart preparation, and clerical tasks in a high-call-volume clinic environment while maintaining confidentiality and following departmental SOPs.

Provide 24-hour administrative call coverage.

Under supervision, coordinates patient procedure and surgical scheduling for a neuroscience clinic, manages routine, add-on, and emergent procedures, communicates with patients, physicians, and departments, schedules pre-procedure tests/clearances, supports insurance authorization, performs registration, data entry, chart prep, and other clerical duties in a high-call-volume environment.

Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations, manage workflows and improvements, resolve complex billing issues, finalize month-end processes, and lead recruitment, hiring, training, mentoring, and retention of revenue cycle staff while supporting the Principal, Revenue Cycle Operations and executing special projects.

Provide pharmaceutical services to inpatients and outpatients including compounding and dispensing medications, interpreting and entering physician orders, monitoring stat medications, preparing complex admixtures, checking others' work, and serving as a drug information resource while following SOPs and professional standards.

Manage the financial lifecycle of clinical trials and research grants: budgeting, sponsor negotiations, invoicing, revenue management, post-award monitoring, compliance (FDA/ICH/GCP/MCA), reporting, and team leadership. Oversee policy/procedure development, Medicare Coverage Analysis, CTMS and ERP usage, and provide financial analysis and variance reporting to investigators and leadership.
