Supports church production across lighting, audio, and video for midweek and weekend services. Leads setup and teardown, operates and maintains production equipment, trains and develops volunteers, organizes production spaces, supports ministry programs, and coordinates campus production projects with the Technical Director. The role also helps cross-train Production Assistant II staff and requires strong initiative, collaboration, and Christian ministry alignment.

Lead a large, multi-project program by setting strategy, managing roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and success metrics. Oversee project managers and workstream leads, coordinate internal teams and an external agency, manage statements of work and deliverables, and report program health to senior stakeholders. Establish documentation and reporting standards, facilitate alignment and conflict resolution, select appropriate delivery methodologies, and support process improvement, change management, and adoption.

Manages Hillside’s website, mobile app, digital signage, and content publishing. Responsibilities include maintaining functionality, coordinating platform updates, managing sermons and events, optimizing AI automations, monitoring analytics, improving user experience and accessibility, and reporting digital performance. The role collaborates with communications, design, video, and technical teams while providing platform support and ensuring content remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with ministry and brand standards.

Produces branded graphic, video, and photo content for church ministries under the Art Director’s guidance. Responsibilities include designing print and digital materials, filming and editing videos, capturing event content, setting up shoots, supporting live streams, managing creative assets, coordinating print production, and prioritizing requests from multiple departments. The role also supports volunteers, maintains brand consistency, communicates project timelines, and provides visual production support for events and online experiences.

Senior leader translating the church's vision into organizational reality. Oversees staff leadership and development, strategic planning, ministry effectiveness, and operations (finance, HR, facilities). Maintains pastoral presence, represents the church in the community, and fosters culture, accountability, and cross-ministry collaboration. Leads annual planning, budgets, performance reviews, and staff rhythms.

Lead preaching and teaching as part of the weekend rotation, collaborate on annual teaching calendar and series development, coach and develop emerging communicators, teach classes/seminars, partner with ministry leads to align teaching with discipleship and small groups, and serve relationally within the congregation.
