Leads operations and supply chain for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand. Owns contract manufacturing, strategic sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory, 3PL and logistics management, ERP transition support, master data, budgeting, and operational reporting. Builds scalable processes, manages suppliers and fulfillment partners, delivers cost savings and supply continuity, and leads Supply Chain and Project Management teams while partnering closely with the COO and cross-functional stakeholders.

Coordinate supplier, freight, warehouse, and 3PL logistics while maintaining accurate item, product, vendor, SKU, BOM, inventory, and cost data across ERP and warehouse systems. Reconcile shipments, receipts, invoices, inventory, and 3PL charges; support fulfillment, replenishment, ERP migration, data cleanup, audits, reporting, and process improvement. The role collaborates cross-functionally to improve operational accuracy, service levels, and scalability.

Manage and grow Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace channels for health and wellness brands. Develop marketplace strategies, optimize listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory, compliance, and customer reputation. Analyze performance data, manage Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect, coordinate launches and brand refreshes, address unauthorized sellers, and drive external traffic through influencers, affiliates, and social advertising. Collaborate cross-functionally to increase profitable sales, market share, and brand presence.
