Build and lead HeyGen’s enterprise marketing function, developing an ABM strategy for strategic accounts and partnering closely with Enterprise Sales. Create targeted campaigns, executive programs, personalized experiences, and buying-committee engagement initiatives. Use product adoption and account signals to identify opportunities, support complex sales cycles, and influence pipeline and revenue. Establish measurement systems, scale successful programs, and eventually build a high-performing team, operating with an AI-native approach.

Lead design and operation of inbound and product-driven revenue systems: capture, enrich, score, and route leads; integrate product usage data with GTM workflows; rationalize GTM tooling; ensure sales receive decision-ready context and that workflows scale and remain auditable.

Support growth lead by launching and optimizing paid campaigns across major ad platforms, conducting keyword and bid management, running A/B tests, managing influencer and affiliate operations, coordinating agencies/vendors, and analyzing creative and performance metrics to improve CAC and efficiency.

The Growth Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize paid campaigns, manage keyword strategies, run A/B tests, and support affiliate programs and influencer outreach.
