The Director of Human Resources will manage HR operations, oversee compliance, administer benefits, and support staff development in a mission-driven environment.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board. Manage CEO calendar, communications, travel, donor contacts, Board logistics, meeting materials, and executive-level projects while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Support finance and development by preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, tracking budgets and grants, reconciling accounts, assisting audits, preparing grant financial reports and supporting budgeting and analysis for programs.

Lead rehearsals and provide musical instruction and mentorship for intergenerational ensemble members. Collaborate with program staff to plan repertoire, ensure compliance, support section mentors, attend planning meetings, and prepare students for at least one performance per semester while fostering community and inclusion.
