Own the US finance function for a scaling teleradiology business, including payroll, multi-state payroll tax compliance, accounts payable, expenses, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking, and vendor oversight. Administer radiologist compensation, analyze RVU economics, support revenue recognition and cash-flow forecasting, and partner with Group Finance, People & Culture, Legal, and operations. Direct an outsourced accounting and payroll provider while developing a roadmap to bring capabilities in-house.

Provide commercial contracting, regulatory, privacy and compliance legal support for healthcare SaaS/medical-device (SaMD) and teleradiology products. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on US and global regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, FTC, GDPR, CCPA), build compliance programs, support governance, and partner with product, sales and privacy/security teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risk across jurisdictions.

Provide Level 1/2 support across teleradiology operations, SaaS AI imaging products, and corporate IT. Troubleshoot HL7 and DICOM integrations, manage PACS/RIS connectivity, own Level 2 customer cases and SLAs, administer identity, device management and cloud infrastructure, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and maintain compliance with HIPAA/GDPR/ISO in a regulated clinical environment.
