Own the US finance function for a scaling teleradiology business, including payroll, multi-state payroll tax compliance, accounts payable, expenses, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking, and vendor oversight. Administer radiologist compensation, analyze RVU economics, support revenue recognition and cash-flow forecasting, and partner with Group Finance, People & Culture, Legal, and operations. Troubleshoot HL7 and DICOM integrations, manage PACS/RIS connectivity, own Level 2 customer cases and SLAs, administer identity, device management and cloud infrastructure, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and maintain compliance with HIPAA/GDPR/ISO in a regulated clinical environment.
