Provide technical phone support and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system. Diagnose and fix software issues, install and update applications, databases and OS components, train users, identify revenue and process-improvement opportunities, and report status to the manager while collaborating with Support, Development, Professional Services, and Product teams.

Lead DevOps, Platform, and IT teams supporting public-health immunization systems. Remediate legacy infrastructure while designing an operations model for a new platform, manage vendor/tooling contracts and costs, ensure compliance and observability, define metrics and incident processes, and partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to align capacity and pricing.

Rotational internship across Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. Provide technical support, manage incidents, improve incident intake and workflows, test support processes, use AI tools and automation, support account management tasks, gather end-user requirements for data pipelines and reporting, analyze source data for quality issues, and create technical documentation.

Develop and enhance GIS capabilities within a core C++ OMS application, configure map services, design cartography, integrate spatial databases, resolve spatial data issues, and collaborate with product teams using Jira and GitHub.

Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases. Investigate, document, track, and validate defects and customer issues. Communicate release changes and draft release notes. Use AI-assisted tools when appropriate and contribute to QA process and standards improvements.

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects including planning, stakeholder communication, resource and financial management, risk mitigation, change management, testing, training, deployment, and transitioning to support. Prepare project plans, proposals, status reports, and run post-implementation reviews while contributing to PMO standards and process improvements. May require nationwide travel and extended schedules.

Develop, test, and maintain software components; participate in requirements analysis, design, architecture, integration, and project activities; diagnose and fix bugs; collaborate with architects, designers, and product managers; build scalable REST APIs and work with databases, search technologies, and modern front-end frameworks.
