Build and optimize Harrington’s Snowflake data warehouse and enterprise data platform. Design lakehouse architecture, medallion data layers, schemas, pipelines, SQL logic, and integrations with ERP and MDM systems. Support data migration, governance, lineage, access controls, documentation, vendor alignment, and cost and performance optimization. Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions across technical and non-technical teams.

Manage and support on-premise and cloud infrastructure across Windows, Linux, networking, and cloud platforms. Monitor alerts, troubleshoot incidents, execute patching and maintenance, support disaster recovery, and lead infrastructure projects and M&A integrations. Develop technical documentation, improve reliability and scalability, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. The role requires independent problem-solving, incident response, and experience with cloud environments, containers, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.

Owns strategy and profitable growth for Automation and High Purity product categories. Manages supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, inventory optimization, product introductions, and market opportunities. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Specialists to improve product adoption, availability, margins, and customer support. Analyzes sales, inventory, supplier, and financial performance while serving as the internal category subject-matter expert.
