Owns relationships with RIA partner firms and advisors from onboarding through ongoing referral activity. Responsibilities include advisor orientation, platform and process education, attorney introductions, engagement monitoring in HubSpot, re-engagement outreach, monthly firm touchpoints, educational programs, post-referral follow-up, and coordination with Client Success. The role identifies friction and disengagement patterns while ensuring advisors and their referred clients receive effective support throughout the estate planning process.

Coordinates recruiting operations, including ATS administration, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, sourcing, job postings, recruiting reports, offer preparation, and background checks. Supports Talent Acquisition leadership with process improvements and special projects while maintaining organized, accurate records and a positive candidate experience in a fully remote environment.

Advise business-owning clients on entity formation, governance, succession, exit planning, asset protection, ownership structuring, and business-entity coordination with estate plans. Draft formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, and buy-sell agreements; lead virtual client and advisor meetings; collaborate with financial advisors and attorneys nationwide; and maintain strong client and advisor relationships.
