The role integrates Hagerty’s broader ecosystem into a differentiated high-net-worth client experience while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Own fullstack development for Broad Arrow Auctions across customer-facing auction experiences and internal live-auction tools. Build scalable web applications, APIs, integrations, automated tests, and cloud infrastructure using Azure and AWS. Maintain Billboard auction software, integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365, monitor production systems, participate in on-call support, contribute to architecture, improve reliability and performance, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Analyzes underwriting performance, pricing, production trends, competitive dynamics, risk segmentation, and predictive model results for specialty vehicle insurance. Develops recommendations for underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, process improvements, and compliance changes. Builds business cases, presents insights to leadership, defines data and system requirements, supports user acceptance testing, and leads cross-functional projects with underwriting, claims, technology, and analytics teams.

Lead execution of Hagerty’s enterprise insurance platform transformation across policy, billing, claims, distribution, data, integrations, and forms. Own the integrated master schedule, critical path, dependencies, capacity planning, risk management, forecasting, and delivery buffers. Integrate multiple project managers and align business, IT, engineering, and vendor efforts. Drive readiness, identify constraints, enforce trade-offs, and provide executives with data-backed delivery recommendations.

Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots Workday integrations with internal and external systems. The role gathers requirements, documents solutions, supports HR stakeholders, leads QA and system testing, monitors Workday releases, optimizes HR system performance, and provides technical guidance and training. It also serves as a subject matter expert in HRIS projects and collaborates with Finance and HR system teams.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire, engage, and retain professional sellers on Hagerty’s digital marketplace. Build dealer, consignor, and collection-manager pipelines; negotiate listing agreements; forecast sales; and drive inventory submissions and revenue. Manage seller relationships, conduct performance reviews, optimize vehicle listings, support valuation, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams. Use marketplace data, CRM tools, and industry intelligence to improve acquisition, retention, and seller performance. Travel to auctions, seller visits, and industry events as needed.

Enables software delivery teams through Scrum ceremonies, planning, backlog coaching, dependency and impediment management, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement. Coaches teams and stakeholders on Agile and Lean practices, fosters accountability and psychological safety, and partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and IT Portfolio Management. The role supports cross-team collaboration, delivery standards, tooling, and organizational delivery maturity across value streams.
