Develops, secures, and expands strategic corporate partnerships for Habitat for Humanity International. Manages Fortune 500 prospects and existing partners, generating approximately $5–$10 million annually through philanthropy, sponsorships, workplace giving, cause marketing, and program support. Leads partnership strategy, proposals, negotiations, stewardship, CRM tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring team members.

The Staff Auditor plans and performs operational, financial, and compliance audits across domestic and international HFHI locations. Responsibilities include developing risk-based audit plans, conducting fieldwork, documenting findings, reviewing audit workpapers, drafting reports and recommendations, monitoring corrective actions, supporting risk assessments, and providing advisory services. The role may lead assigned audit projects, guide staff, and requires substantial domestic and international travel.
