Manages the accounts receivable team and oversees cash application, collections, deductions, reconciliations, write-offs, billing disputes, credit monitoring, controls, audit requests, and month-end close support. The role leads process improvements, resolves unapplied cash and payment issues, collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Operations, and provides reporting and account updates to senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid position requiring three days weekly onsite in Los Angeles.

The FP&A Analyst analyzes financial and operational performance, manages budgeting and forecasting activities, builds financial models, prepares management reporting, and evaluates profitability, costs, risks, and opportunities. The role partners cross-functionally to translate operational data into actionable financial insights, improve reporting automation, support KPI development, and strengthen planning processes. It requires advanced Excel and AI skills, strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
