Manage consultant teams, conduct site and utility investigations, assess regulatory and environmental constraints, produce due diligence reports, and maintain schedules and budgets to mitigate risks and inform design and entitlement pathways.

Lead and manage full commercial land development lifecycle for multiple projects and programs, serving as primary client contact. Oversee site feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, civil design coordination, budgets, schedules, consultant teams, and jurisdictional approvals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage electrical engineering design and delivery across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Oversee project performance, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, code compliance, client relationships, business development, and mentor engineering staff.
